Application:
The Nickel binder tungsten carbide rods were aimed to replace Titanium carbide (TiC) rods used for bonding of gold wires in the micro-electronics industry. Also called Wire bonding or wedge bonding.
The application is bonding of gold wires. Gold causes cobalt leaching.
Therefore, we replacing cobalt with nickel, kind of non-magnetic tungsten carbide bar.

Φ1.6x330mm with tolerance +/- 0.1mm
Φ1.8x330mm with tolerance +/- 0.1mm
330mm length is standard length.
Material: tungsten carbide without Cobalt, but with Nickel binder
